Movies & Lizards

We took the kids to see "The Sorcerer's Apprentice" on Monday morning. They were so excited to get to go to the movie with Mom & Dad! Ellie Did her own hair! She had 11 bobby pins in it!

We were a little early for the movie so we walked around the mall and the kids wanted to have a picture with this bunny for Grandpa Hatch to see!!

Some of the movie posters.....

I finally took the time to find out what kind of Lizard Alex caught on July 5th in ShowLow. She is a
MADREAN ALLIGATOR LIZARD

She can get up 5.5" from snout to vent, the original tail is usually more than twice the length of the body.  She eats a variety of insects including grasshoppers, caterpillars, and moths. It also feeds on scorpions. This species has lived to over 15 years of age in captivity.
So we may be in for a long haul!

You have to admit........ she is a
pretty cool looking lizard!
